|
본 연구는 간호사가 인식하는 팀워크와 환자안전문화에 따른 간호사의 안전통제감을 알아보기 위한 서술적 횡단적 조사연구이다. 본 연구의 대상자는 A 대학병원에 종사하는 141명의 간호사로서, 자료수집은 구조화된 설문지를 이용하여 2015년 7월 30일부터 7월 31일까지 시행되었다. 본 연구 결과 연구대상자의 평균 임상경력은 8.84년 이었으며, 간호사들이 인식하는 팀워크와 환자안전문화, 임상경력은 안전통제감에 통계적으로 유의한 상관관계를 보였다. 일반적 특성 중 안전통제감에 관련이 확인된 임상경력과 주 연구변수인 팀워크 인식, 환자안전문화의 각 하부영역을 투입한 회귀모형은 통계적으로 유의한 수준에서 안전통제감에 대하여 약 37.1%의 설명력을 보였다(F=10.16, p<.001). 간호사의 안전통제감에 영향을 준 변수는 환자안전문화 중 의사소통영역(β=.27, p=.023), 일반적 특성 중 임상경력(β=.26, p<.001), 팀워크 인식 중 상호지지(β=.24, p=.042)와 팀 리더십(β=-.224, p=.018)으로 나타났다. 이상에서 본 연구는 간호사의 안전통제감의 증진을 위해서는 경력별로 차별화된 접근이 필요하며, 안전에 대한 의사소통과 의료팀 내 상호지지와 팀 리더십의 강화를 이끌 수 있는 중재가 필요함을 시사한다.

Purpose: The purpose of this study was to investigate the influence of patient safety culture and perceived teamwork on the safety control of nurses.
Methods: This study was conducted as a descriptive cross-sectional survey with 141 nurses who worked in a tertiary hospital with over 1,000 beds in S city, Gyeonggi province. Data were collected using structured questionnaires from July 20, to July, 31, 2015.
Results: The average work period for nurses participating in the research was 8.84 years. The perceived teamwork and patient safety culture were positively correlated with safety control. The regression model with patient safety culture, perceived teamwork and clinical career against safety control was statistically significant (F=10.16, p<.001). This model also explained 37.1% of safety control (Adj R2=.371). Especially, communication (β=.27, p=.023) of patient safety culture, clinical career (β=.26, p<.001), mutual support (β=.24, p=.042), and team leadership (β=-.224, p=.018) in perceived teamwork were identified as factors influencing safety control.
Conclusion: The findings of this study imply that a broad approach including teamwork and patient safety culture should be considered to improve the safety control for nurses.
